New Way To Transfer Airtime(MTN)

Some years back MTN launched a service(share and sell) whereby credit (airtime) can be transfered to other MTN numbers instead of texting the voucher pin to them

But the way of transfering then was by:

FOR NEW SIMS

1. Send the default transfer pin(0000) space default T.P space the four digit T.P you which to change it to,e.g 1234 and send to 777

Example of what is above
0000 0000 1234 to 777.

NOTE: This is to change your default T.P from 0000 to a new one.
You can also change your new transfer pin with thesame format, all you have to do is put the transfer pin you want to change from instead of 0000.

2. Text: Transfer space MTN phone number space amount(the amount of airtime you want to transfer) space transfer pin to 777

Example of what is written above

Transfer 07039717590 2500 1255 to 777

In this case you will have to wait for MTN to send a confirmation message which you will reply with "yes"(if the number you want to transfer the airtime to is correct) or 'ignore'(if you do not want to transfer the airtime)

Sometimes when there is bad network or any other problem, the confirmation message from MTN takes a very long time.

To escape the process of being delayed, dial *600*07039717590*3000*1255# and press the green/send/call botton of your phone.

PS:Make sure you check the person's phone number if it is correct before you send because the money will be transfered immediatly.
