1. Go to cmd
2. Type " regsvr32/i shell32.dll " without putting the " Sign.
3. Press Enter, That's all..!

Follow this Step:

- Go to Start, then goto Run, Then Type regsvr32 / i shell32. dll and Press the Enter Key! Then RESTART your Pc if it dos not Automatically Restart!
